Matthew Roughley, PA-CPhysician Assistant
Matthew Roughley is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and a Professional Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He works directly with Dr. Jeffrey Deckey to manage patients in the office, operating room and in the hospital. Matthew is passionate about his patients needs and in educating them about spinal pathology, surgical outcomes, nonoperative and operative management of their condition.
Matthew obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of California - Santa Barbara, majoring in Cell and Developmental Biology. He was a student-athlete, competing in the university's rowing/crew team. Matthew then obtained his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, CA.
Matthew continues to live an active lifestyle. His hobbies include indoor/outdoor rock climbing, snowboarding and backpacking. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, wife and friends.
